Pros

Good pay. Decent benefits. No other.

Cons

Management is not trained once trained in building teams. Management prefers demeaning you causing very little teamwork, and a lot of singling out. Management gives you know learning curve. There is very little training. Worst management I’ve ever worked for. Antiquated systems. No room advancement. Unless you agree to everything management is doing . Culture is not one based on teamwork.

Some of the people are kind and good hearted.

Cons

The CEO thinks he is better than anyone else. Therefore, the entire culture derives from this thinking. This has been one of the worst companies I have ever worked at. It is obsolete at best and not a healthy working environment. I don't recommend it at all.
