Great place to work, great benefits, work life blance, a lot of holidays

Cons

Company fails to reward some employees that contributed a lot to the company, while pays a lot to some employees that work for the company for a long time but don't add much value to the company

Pros

Salary was OK Free Coffee I was not micromanaged

Cons

We were asked to deliver a customer program, but were not empowered to get the work done on time. The various groups seemed to work on whatever priority they felt was important rather than any type of company management about priorities.

Pros

50% 401K match up to 8% and benefits as soon as you start, but that is where it ends.

Cons

Average workforce age is 55+, most of these people should have been let go a long time ago, but their pensions and layoff packages would cost too much money. These employees do not add value anymore, they are out of touch.
