Pros

Arguably good benefits and friendly people. I was part of their FEA team and I got to learn without restriction. Little office politics as promotion is based mostly on the duration served in the company.

Cons

Too many restrictions. Despite being the source of most information in this age, there is no internet access for interns. Too little flexibility in working time. Low pay. No proper internship structure. Impolite people in my assigned team.

Great team spirit. Educated and knowledgeable workforce. Everyone is willing to help, share and support. I have high expectations from PAC.

Cons

As i have just joined the company, I do not see any cons for right now. I will definitely update the cons once I see it.

Promotion is slow, salary may be on the low end compared to market, work culture heavily influcenced by Japanese, slow in localisation of core management talent
