Relatively good salary and welfare, complete and long-term training process, short working-time, many holidays

Cons

It is a not a very suitable place for ITers to go , especially for software guys First of all, it is a traditional Japanese company and to understand Japanese culture is not a easy thing.

The company treated the employees very good, and the reporting was very efficient. The environment in the office was stable, and motivating, as it included lots of product training.

Cons

The company was not able to compete against its major competition. Furthermore, the product lineup was not sufficient. The company took bad decisions in terms of investments, which made it loose lot of money
