Pros

Pay package for freshers is good, joy of working on planes and in field , travel ... wish i had more .. but there isn't

Cons

Managers ...lets just say .. they have no idea what they are doing.. just run home during EASA Audits and blame others for their mistakes. Group leads - Depends on each individual .. some worse than others thinking how to save their own tails. No one to take initiative and step up.Dont expect to get anywhere in the company unless u knw some insiders or u been working for more than 5 years.. if ur lucky that is :P

Pros

A large market share which keeps us busy. Always working on new technology. International travel. The benefits are not too bad.

Cons

Work too many extra hours without compensation. A very poor travel policy. Some people are just collecting paychecks and others are overworked.

Pros

Dynamic Products, fair compensation, free parking and a decent in-house cafe soften the long and arduous hours you will spend trying to be effective. Best positions are in the field. Road warriors are provided with all the necessary technology and equipment to keep you enslaved 24/7. Great hands on education. Brand power.

Cons

Warning: make sure your self esteem is in tact before you walk through their door. Be prepared to give up your credibility, ambition and creativity. Politics and processes inhibit efficacy. Inflated expectations defy reason and perpetuate a climate of failure. Expect little support and cooperation, inadequate authority and undefined job parameters, and to work long hours responding to constant crisis' created by poor planning and execution. Reorgs are perpetual. Panasonic is a resume builder but not a career choice.
