Business Outlook
Pros
Stable company, with good sales throughout Canada. Good mix of people from different backgrounds makes life interesting. Great benefit packages. Once you're in, you can apply for other positions as they open up. There is an education program in place.
Cons
Upper management at times appear a little too secretive. This causes the employees to have lower morale. As with any large company, some good Managers, and some that aren't as good. Not enough emphasis on Professional development or skills upgrading.
