      Pros

      -Panaya has been the most open-door, friendly company I have ever worked for. -A true feeling of family when you work here. -All levels of management are available for support at any time. -Product development is quick and listens to the customers. -Comp plan is fantastic

      Cons

      -Your typical bumps of a young, small company. -Shifts in go to market plan make it challenging from a sales perspective. -Lots of changes, good and bad

      Great people to work with Some parts of the platform are really good value work from home is possible Great salary

      Cons

      Product is way overprized, people scared away by pricing Yes it has great value, but people still look at using us for upgrades Management keeps changing, and yes if you are Israeli you get somewhere, but if you are not you will lose any battle. the pipeline needs to be done by yourself as marketing and SDR's are incompetent
