Pros

Free meal during shift, cannot take home. Job is only enjoyable when team members are great.

Cons

The interview process is unnecessarily lengthy for a low paying role. The paid job preview was very disorganized, and the store team was not even briefed they’d have someone brand new training, so they would constantly nitpick and get frustrated. They expected you to know everything as if you’ve been working there. Managers and area leader micro manage and are extremely strict. They make you feel lesser than, judged, and do not know how to speak to employees, and will reprimand you in front of other team members. There are also many rules they do not follow within the employee handbook they send you to read, such as only speaking English. They enforce uniform code but do not wear uniform when walking around the kitchen when they visit weekly which is a liability and double standard.
