      Too Corporate for Comfort

      Pros

      Very high standards of service/cleanliness and very comfortable when the manager is in it with you.

      Cons

      Management can move around more than one would like, you can very much tell when a manager knows they’ll only be there for a month or two. Everyone suffers.

      meal on shift, duties stay the same so you know what to expect, good team

      Cons

      manager didn't always try to work around requested time off or hours needed. I missed a personal event I made manager aware of weeks earlier.

      - Higher pay than other places - Flexible Schedule - Different benefits offered depending on how much you work

      - Especially in LA, the strictness and power imbalance is ridiculous - Favoritism
