Pros

Great development ground when you are starting out. Made a lot of good friends that are still near and dear.

Cons

Career growth is the slowest I've ever experienced in any company. It's not about the work you do it's how well you get along with your manager and senior leadership. So what's the point of working so hard when 80% of your role is focused on culture. Really? There are also managers here that shouldn't even be in that position. It is because 1) it's about time they got there because of their loyalty and seniority in the company. 2) there's favoritism especially in IS, Operations, and Marketing. Once you land the job.... You will never get laid off so job security is right here for you. Management will just transfer you around to make it work instead of saying hey it's just not working because you haven't met your goals year after year. Right?? So don't worry about ever losing your job here if you start underperforming. Don't work in Marketing or Supply Chain or Building Ops because they have the lowest promotion rate for their Dept. IS and HR have the highest so would suggest you apply there if you want to grow fast.

Pros

The bonus program is good. Health insurance is good. 401k is decent.

Cons

Senior management is a nightmare. Unrealistic expectations without regards to the time and effort it takes to complete a task. Many aren't qualified to lead their team, some play favorites, but most create a toxic environment. Middle management seems to only listen to senior management and is quite dismissive of the people below them. Politics is ridiculous; it's like being in the middle of Game of Thrones, and the non-managers are the ones who suffer. Also, too many meetings and nothing gets done.

Pros

The people here are amazing. My coworkers were all friendly, youthful, and eager to make anyone feel welcome. Also, super nice office and facilities. The gym is great, and the test kitchen always has free food. Beware of the Panda 15!

Cons

There is something shady going on with the hiring process. Throughout the entire job application process (I would say about 5 interviews) and on the actual job application on Linkedin, I was a Analyst. I found out on the first day of the job, that my title was changed to Coordinator. I was not the only one this happened to. The girl who came in on the same day as me for the first day had her title changed from "Associate" to "Assistant". I can not make this up and this happened to me. I took pictures of both my contract and job application to see the discrepancy. Also, everyone is scared of the CEO. It created a very on-edge tension on Mondays and Tuesdays when he was in the office.
