      Great colleagues, food, and benefits.

      Cons

      Depending on the leaders in your department, a few leaders can be supportive, while others can be toxic and make you do 3 people's jobs. If you do above and beyond, it can be taken for granted. If you make one little mistake that is not even work-related, it can be put under a magnifying glass and escalated to the head of the department.

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
