The management requirements have gotten more and more restricted over the years. Very micromanaged by upper management. Meetings require going out of state and spending a few days at a time away from family.

-close to nothing raise, after a 6month review finally approved a 0.25c raise after nearly 2yrs at company lol -keep adding responsibilities/duties to the point where the pay becomes questionable...... I was doing both boh and foh duties due to the insane amount of callouts, imagine one person running to cashier/serving and then cooking rice/making fryrice/chowmein/teriyakichicken, see unclean lobby go clean lobby, being the only guy unloading weekly oil/rice bags/soda syrups/supplies/meats/sauces. -customers are aggressive who can blame them? the price per portion is ridiculous -deal with mentally unstable people who walk in and out like it's their home -frequent frequent leadership changes, can't perform any decent performance review for promotional opportunities -HIGH turnover rate, many newbies cry on the first day and never come back :) -do yourself a favor and avoid this job if you could...
