      Pros

      Great pay but unnessecary high standards from management. free meal and benefits if you do over 30 hours a week

      Cons

      They don't care if you have a family no matter how much they say they care. Say a minimum of like 55 hours a week for management and you still end up working close to 65 instead. newer managment cant seem to solve problems on their own and will bug on days off.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to sacrifice, you WILL make good money. The culture used to be amazing, not it is appearance and profit driven.

      Cons

      Eventually you outgrow and move on, or start playing the political games and move up. Not a long term company for a person with a strong moral compass.
