      Pros

      Everyone is friendly. Lots of peers.

      Cons

      Even tho everyone is friendly, they are taught to. Some HR managers should not be managers. They do not have the people skills to lead a team. There is a lot of cultural obstacles you are forced to jump through to keep your job. I never felt so much anxiety in a job.

      - Supervisors are great - 20% Discount on Panda Concepts

      Cons

      - To become permanent, you have to go through a course called "Landmark" ($650) - No insurance available for temps. Very low salaries compared to market rate. No benefits at all. - To become a perm: temps must give a panel interview and an interview with Peggy (Owner). The interviews only focus on what they want you to learn from Landmark, nothing on professional growth. - For permanent employees, promotions are discussed between a committee and is given to who's next in line for one and interviews by everyone of course. - Obstacles throughout the temp to perm and promotion processes. - Very heavily culture oriented. No diversity. It honestly feels like a cult sometimes.
