      Pros

      Always treated me like family. Very upfront and transparent about pay divisions. Open to pay negotiations. Very proactive around immigration matters.

      Cons

      Takes them longer to find higher experience job opportunities. Pay rate might be lower because they don't have many direct client relationships.

      Pros

      I am working with Pantar solutions since 2016. I have no concerns. Venkat is very friendly knowledgeable and very supportive for my Career growth. Mohan from accounts team shares the requested details promptly. This company is very transparent with the employees. I recommended this company for any consultant who wanted to work and grow with the company.
