Easy job, pay, lots of lazy time, air conditioned/ heated facilities, Cafeterias.

Cons

People playing games, high school drama, backstabbing, political, if you don't fit in they move you around and draw up a wrap sheet on you so they can get rid of you. Drug usage and affairs.
