Still waiting to actually work at the plant

Very through interview process. Complete physical. Very nice people. GREAT PAY. Benefits start DAY 1. medical staff on premises. Very excited to actually start my job. You will learn that the descriptions for the jobs seem confusing. Even if you are just a clerk, your title may be 5 words long.
Cons
I have applied for Pantex online for over 11 years. You really have to be persistent, patient and you have to keep a clean record of judicial offenses, credit, drugs and drinking and basically be a good person in order to get hired here. Some people may have a hard time doing this especially when you are older and wiser. It took me 4 months to hear back from my interview that I actually got the job. It has now been almost 2 months getting my physical, background and due in another month to get my credentials.
