Pros

Good starting salary, generally nice properties that they purchase, and if you're lucky a Property Manager who backs you up.

Cons

Company has their own internal problems with leadership, their own internal PancoU that doesn't mean anything in the real world. Long Hours, and they recently switched to M-F then T-S schedule to avoid paying Overtime on Saturday. So some weeks you only have one day off, then throw on call on top of it, makes for a very long day. Also you can get called in before your scheduled starting time and work 12 hour shifts. Any bonus is strictly discretionary, and at times their PC culture is over the top.

Competitive Pay, Good Benefits, Great Company Atmosphere. Even though I'm just in my first month of employment with PANCO I can tell this is a company I'm going to enjoy growing with.

Most of them. They care about their employees. They are growing every day in interesting directions and the directions make a lot of sense.

Cons

None so far. I mean it's only been 7 years for me. I enjoy them.
