Extremely bright leadership who really care about their employees, very high-energy, fun coworkers and company events. Upper management is always striving for improvement and really appreciate their employees.

Cons

I have seen no cons in the year and a half I've been working here.

Pros

Panco is always buying and selling new properties and they love to promote from within. They are currently rolling a lot of new policies and benefits for their employees which shows interest on their part to better themselves.

Cons

Getting in touch with managers is hard and sometimes things escalate to corporate that are unnecessary from the residents side. Vacation time is the minimum. Pay is not the best but they are willing to work with you.
