      Pros

      Potential for growth and exciting opportunities. Good comradery and positive support from leadership. They also continue to implement new practices and positions as the company continues to grow, which is necessary.

      Cons

      The cost for benefits is high.

      Pros

      Despite the growth, Pantzer Properties is still a family business. The company is embraces change. It is wonderful to be able to have face time with the Pantzer directly.

      Cons

      There is more work to be done than people to do it. While it makes work every day go by quickly, it can be exhausting.
