Pros

I have been with Panco Management for over five years and have enjoyed watching this company grow. The company has more than doubled in five years, as well as new positions that have been added, thus creating a lot of room for growth for the employees. Upper management really cares about their employees and no one is treated as "just a person/number" within the company; there really isn't a lot of employee turnover. They have started a great training program and have held other employee activities that have been a lot of fun.

Cons

I have no cons. They are continuing to grow in a positive direction.

Working at Panco has been an extremely positive experience. The company is growing very quickly and there is lots of room for advancement. They take everyone's input into consideration and put in place great ideas!
