No room for growth- sold a lot of properties in one year without purchasing new ones; HR not as supportive as they could be, no marketing team

Some really great people work there.

Cons

New senior level manager is single handedly destroying a fantastic company culture. At least 4 members of management have left is a 2 month period because of the toxic leadership.

I've been in the industry and worked for several companies and Panco is by far the absolute best company to work for. Employees genuinely care about one another, the corporate staff are fantastic to work with and the leadership sets a great tone for us all to follow. They empower the site teams and treat us with respect. This company has a lot of integrity.

Cons

I can't think of any negatives.
