There are no pros that come to mind. It is one of the worst experiences. It goes on the list for terrible places to work!

Cons

Bad management; lots of favoritism and racism. Very inexperienced people working there. They violate fair housing by discriminating against certain minorities. They play a lot of mind games some of their leaders are micro managers and control freaks. There is no opportunity for advancement unless you are related to or a friend of someone who works there. They are very unprofessional! Avoid this company at all cost. It will be a terrible experience and you may not get your pay!
