Pros

Great company. Treats employees well and pays overtime which is a huge plus. Does a lot of charity work and holds employee appreciation events a few times a year. Lots of opportunity to rise up in the ranks if you work hard

Cons

Not much. They keep sick time and vacation separate which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it

Pros

Decent pay Good health insurance

Cons

CEO and leadership will not promote or encourage growth nor recognize your work and treat you appropriately if you do not subscribe to the company's Christian undertones. You are treated very differently if you are a person of color or not following the faith. Constant environment of prayer circles, critical character judgements, and anal retentive policies directly related to church values.

Dysfunctional and Toxic

Pros

Encourages personal growth, variety of activities provided to interact with departments outside your own

Cons

Sr Management does not listen or seek feedback from everyday employees. Assumptions are made without seeking clarification. Have to walk on egg shells with the CFO because he’s a hairpin trigger away from going insane. No direction given and constant state of mutiny
