Pros

Rotating shift 3 on 3 off and 4 on 4 off. Pay is ok for the time you do work. Flexibility to do other things to make income.

Cons

No opportunity for growth. Benefits aren’t that good. Position is contracted.

Cons

You will get promoted if you are part of the boys club. Very cliquey, and a predominantly male leadership.
