The company is on the smaller side because it’s newer

-TRIGGER HAPPY/FIRE HAPPY: They will fire you with no explanation given. They do not care about the ramifications a termination will have on your resume: They are heartless, and will not give you a resignation. The reason for this is they let some boneheads in who got on their cell phone which caused them to lose 5 million in lawsuits. -They have audio recording, driver facing cameras, and they DO WATCH YOU while you’re driving. -They stick up for each other in the office and will shift blame on drivers and get the drivers fired to protect themselves. -Mass incompetence in the office workers. -Office workers have an elitist attitude towards drivers. -“Driver Managers,” walk around like they’re the owners of the company. -Incompetent load planners. -Force you to use a bad gps system that puts you on dirt roads not designed for class 8 trucks. -Equipment is broken down and their shop’s are utterly disrespectful towards requests of professional drivers to get equipment brought into compliance to safety regulations. -They have loaded trailers with rotting product sitting in their yards: This is evidence of sudden firings of drivers, and/or service failures leading to rejection of the load. -They make you use a tablet HOS system instead of a qualcomm unit.
