      Pros

      Have only had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with happy, friendly people here. Communications are open and the pay is fair.

      Cons

      Not really any cons working here. The only two things I don’t enjoy both have to do with the tractor, super single drive tires and the in- cab camera.

      Better than average company

      Pros

      Better home time, better pay than the mega trucking companies, decent home time based on which fleet, decent benefits, friendly staff

      Cons

      Poor loads in winter months, super single tires are challenging in said months. Loads can run heavy so always check your weights.
