      Pros

      The company treats their drivers with respect. Communication from driver managers with drivers is open and honest. Office staff are approachable and helpful. Safety is paramount. Driver happiness seems to be a high priority, and I think overall drivers are made to feel welcome and important.

      Cons

      Healthcare plan leaves a bit to be desired.

      Pros

      Consistent freight ,very friendly company and they do take care of you. Good hrs and basically same stops everyday for being local.

      Cons

      Equipment could be better. Otr drivers have better trucks than local drivers. And trucks limited to 65mph.
