      Flexible Scheduling, Fair Pay and newer trucks and trailers

      Cons

      Many of the dispatchers are young and very little experience.

      Pros

      Have only had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with happy, friendly people here. Communications are open and the pay is fair.

      Cons

      Not really any cons working here. The only two things I don’t enjoy both have to do with the tractor, super single drive tires and the in- cab camera.
