      It’s employment but no chance of advancing

      Culture is terrible. Senior leadership doesn’t reach out to employees to understand what is really going on.

      It was my 1st job out of school.

      Pros

      Per mileage pay was ok. Although after leaving I found hat it could've been way better but I was ok with it.i drove a 2020 freightliner which was fine with me

      Cons

      Truck ate governed at 65 extremely slow. If only they would govern them at 68mph I'd go back if hey would have me. I don't believe I was a terrible employee but I do feel they could do better n giving us a mentor to have if we need. They say they so but I didn't have one

      Great Mid/Entry Level Opportunity

      Pros

      I had the opportunity of working at Paper Transport as a Logistics Coordinator for a short period of time. There are some amazing people at this company.

      Cons

      Though I had my disagreements with management and ultimately was let go in the end, I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in this industry, or more broadly anyone with a driver personality.
