Pros

Company is driver-centric overall. Corporate office is inviting and people are always willing to help

Cons

Company effectively closes at 4pm, so you feel like you're on your own. Any problem aside from needing a tow will require waiting until morning. The medical insurance is terrible but the dental and eye insurance are pretty good. They are extremely strict with their cell phone policy and they do monitor the driver-facing cameras.

flexible - decent work life balance, fast paced work, if you are liked, young and a male you will most likely get promoted quickly

Cons

Insurance packages not good, poor PTO/time off until you can bank up enough Very "cliquey" and "drink the kool aid" place
