Home weekly is for a 34hr reset only. You may get more time home, and I get home for a night during the week fairly often, but they only guarantee you 34hr at the house every week. $1000 weekly gross can be taken away even if they screw up and you dont play along. Told dispatch I wasnt going to leave for a broker load until they got the information because I had spent several hours the previous day trying to get info for the load. They dropped my guaranteed gross for that week because of it. No matter what they say, you are a number and they dont truly care about their drivers. Main office leaves at 1600 and overnight extended is basically useless if you have a problem. There's not communication between the two.
