      Pros

      Good pay, ok benefits, great people. Mostly guaranteed pay and 2 weeks of paid vacation per year to start.

      Cons

      They will pull your guaranteed pay at a drop of a hat. The trucks and trailers are old and not well maintained cng so you must me vigilant in your pre/post trips.
