Great team members. Solid business plan for the future. CEO very approachable

Cons

Started to be really picky about the hybrid work schedule. Was 2 at home and 3 and office and you had to tell them your 2 days at home. Every Wednesday everyone had to be in office.

Pay, they are not the most competitive when it comes to pay but they do get the drivers home weekly. No longer family owned.
