      Low pay and high expectations

      Consistent work, hybrid part of the time

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement and huge disconnect between upper management and the lower level employees- pay is absolute bare minimum, and new hires are paid more than the employees who have put years into making it “a great place to work”.

      Home weekly with somewhat dedicated freight lanes. Driver managers are awesome.

      Cons

      Do not trust anyone at corporate or in HR. They will lie to you! Always document everything and look out for yourself.
