      Great leadership team, kind and compassionate care for patients and staff

      Cons

      No accountability with clinicians. There's crappy nurses that don't get held accountable to be better or held to a higher standard than what they should be.

      Pros

      Paradigm has figured it out. They truly are the employer of choice. I have worked for several other organizations where the culture has low engagement, negativity, and poor team morale. It is a night and day difference at Paradigm. Employees actually enjoy coming to work, seeing their teammates, and making a difference in the community. It is a great feeling to love what you do!
