Paradigm is a wonderful place to work! I have worked for big corporations in the past where you feel like you do not even exist and you have little to no interaction with upper management, let alone owners of the company. At Paradigm, that couldn't be farther from the truth. Upper management and the owner are very present in day to day operations. They genuinely care about you as a person, your family, your job satisfaction, and your career growth. Throughout my career, I have never experienced that. The culture is amazing and there are so many fun activities! For example, a cookie exchange, office decorating party, the owner grilling out steaks for employee appreciation, etc! I feel at the end of the day that my work truly means something and that my contribution is recognized and appreciated. I would highly recommend anyone to work for Paradigm!

I don't feel like I'm going to work. This is an incredibly positive setting with very approachable management and staff. Great communication throughout the company. They spoil their employees - monthly celebrations, continuous encouragement, very appreciative, and food.. all the time! Incredible co-workers that genuinely care about each other. The company offers continued improvement and training available for documentation and processes for all disciplines, as well as good benefits and continuing ed opportunities. It's sad to read how un-true the previous reviews are because I truly have nothing but positive things to share about this organization. I'm grateful for all the love and respect throughout the interdisciplinary teams. The long-term plan of continued growth is incredible. I'm so excited to be a part of the future of this company!
