Pros

-Is a great company for someone just starting out of college & has no expectations. -Great Place to be train and gain the experience to transfer to a better job. (1 year top)

Cons

-Opportunity to grow is based on your manager. If he doesn't like you. You are not going anywhere. -They have a $3000 dollar deductible on their insurance. So if you get sick you are out of luck. -They don't pay corporate commission to their employees. No renewals bonus, No delinquency Bonus. -Salary is not competitive. -They have a 401K (Voya Financial) and they will match up to 4 %. However, if you quit after a year or two you won’t get anything they match. In order to get it you have to stay with them for over 6 years.

Pros

The pay was standard for the industry, benefits were great and not expensive (individual) if you needed a family plan then you were broke essentially. Meeting new people and assisting residents daily kept a smile on my face.

Cons

Micro-management will be the downfall of this company. There are too many leaders and not enough workers. There is never recognition for meeting goals- the occasional lunch or "good job" would have been nice. If a resident was unruly (cursing and yelling) there was never any assistance from management. They were oblivious to everything.

Results vary property to property

Pros

Depending on the property, you can make a lot of commission. Coworkers were great. A lot of company wide training. Good entry level position.

Cons

Very LITTLE site specific training, which varies from property to property. Upper management loves to blame everyone else when they're the one setting the prices.
