Expected to do way too much unnecessary documentation, no help when you say you are drowning only a cut in pay. Hired a ton of staff in early 2020 then in April fired or made full time staff take a large pay cut for 6 months but expected to do the same amount of work. So many people were left out of paychecks. They keep changing the pay scale and how you get reimbursed. You finally get used to one way and then it changes. The computer system is not user friendly. Orientation is a joke you might as well be on your own you teach AlarisWare to yourself. Made it so you could not get unemployment. Promises of being rehired after COVID changes. Not a stable company, tons of staff turnover. Referrals taken away for no reason. Bad management.
