      I have been here a short time and I have enjoyed my time so far.

      I get to work from home part time. I get to be the manager of my time.

      Cons

      Like I said I have been here a short time but I have not found any cons at this point.

      Pros

      -Very flexible and respective of work/life balance -Management is appreciative of the work that I contribute to the company -Opportunities for advancement and to learn other areas of the company that are of interest to me -Fair price and coverage for benefits

      Cons

      -401k matching is less than industry average -They don't pay out PTO, unless it is required by the state -Would like to have available hours for volunteer work
