      Pros

      ALARIS is an awesome workplace. They have a "work hard, play hard" philosophy. Employees are treated with respect and as valued members of the company. The company is has a small company feel but with over 300 employees, it is not a small company. They are very intentional in creating a great culture. Some companies talk a big game about their culture, but ALARIS lives it!

      Cons

      Not every day is going to seem like a walk-in-the-park at a job. I can honestly say that the bad days are very minimal and the good days happen frequently. Some people will walk around with a cloud over their head and focus on the negatives. I find it hard to find the negatives at ALARIS.

      Pros

      Very flexible company. Nice middle management. Competitive pay. Lots of room to grow. Work with nice people. Good teamwork.

      Cons

      Some new smaller company awkwardness and growing pains. In the learning curve. Expanding and trying new things. Changing operations and hardware often. Can be confusing. Trying to please all companies we service makes it hard on front line workers. Multiple and complicated service agreements to know.

      Thanks for your review! We agree that our rapid growth has meant making fast changes that can be a challenge to stay ahead of. We ARE trying new things and have been impressed with the work everyone has put in to allow us to continue to grow and succeed. Complex service agreements are the norm for our industry—and we agree they can be a pain. We are constantly looking for ways to simplify and organize those agreements so our front-line employees are free to focus on helping people achieve their best possible outcomes.
