      Pros

      I enjoy working here specifically because of the very friendly coworkers, peaceful environment, flexible management and my director. Everyone was welcoming on my first day and they were very willing to help me.

      Cons

      The company doesn't see to do as much as they could to take care of its employees. Work continues to pile up without being equally distributed or even followed through on.

      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers. Good medical and dental benefits. Comfortable environment and beautiful campus. Close to BART station and shopping.

      Cons

      The pay is not stellar and you have to take a one-hour lunch break. It would be great to have the option to take a 30-minute lunch break. Also, you get only 7 paid holidays.

      Pros

      Not that many actually. Dental benefits are OK.

      Cons

      This company only values certain levels of employees. Most of management treats employees like they're nothing. Employees are always wrong. One manager literally ignores you if you say "Good Morning" to his face. Paradigm doesn't pay its employees very well either and seem to lack the insight of what it takes to do some jobs that probably don't seem very important, but are.
