      Pros

      People at Paradigm are amazing individuals. The company allows for work/life balance and also allows individuals to be themselves.

      Cons

      It is a national organization with individuals all over the country which makes it difficult to form relationships with those you work with except via phone / video.

      Pros

      First, I'm proud to work for Paradigm. The list is very long with the amount of items that I would stand behind as positive attributes of Paradigm. In no particular order, here are a few (not my comprehensive list): -passion -- the entire Paradigm organization is focused heavily on doing what is right for the injured worker; obtaining the best possible outcome for the injured worker, anything less is unacceptable -transparency -- well above average versus other organizations in corporate America; the executive team is very transparent across many areas throughout the business -innovative and growing culture -- Paradigm's latest acquisition was Dec. 2021 when we acquired very successful HomeCare Connect; great group of employees who joined the Paradigm family. -financial strength -- with a challenging headwind, covid, Paradigm continued to grow and delivery outstanding outcomes for injured workers

      Cons

      While many may think this is a negative, its actually an opportunity. But growth has been swift over the last few years at Paradigm, and as expected, this automatically brings about growing pains. Not a bad problem to have, but this needs to be worked through. And, I'm confident in the executive team this will be managed successfully.
