      Pros

      Remote Work PTO Helping catastrophically injured workers

      Cons

      Too many people hired from the outside and put into leadership positions that have no clue how to do the job or know enough to answer technical questions for those they manage. Hiring someone for the purpose of approving PTO or handling HR issues isn’t enough. Unrealistic workloads Uneven workload distribution Toxic managers Low pay No defined career path Too many people that we support have no clue of what they are doing and there’s no accountability for them to know anything however, they receive hefty bonuses and are promoted. Work/Life Balance Not enough worker bees hired. Too many hired for upper management.

      Pay and remote worker capability.

      Cons

      Billable time limits due to contracts with various insurance companies get in the way of being able to do your job and getting paid for the work you do.
