      Pros

      My one good reason for staying.....the people.....my coworkers, my mentors.

      Cons

      Upper management wears blinders. Continue to line their pockets while the small personnel cater to upper managers needs. Purchasing many companies with no resources to help the smaller personnel out.

      Pros

      They do good work, helping people who have been injured on the job, and they really care. There is a committee that connects staff with fun activities at holidays.

      Cons

      Lousy salary. Corporate culture is really ugly. Executives are nice to their staff, but brutal to the rest of us. Teams are in constant conflict with one another. Employees "tattle" on one another like it's a sport. Managers are plentiful and most are arrogant, no open-doors in this operation. Training is non-existent, and folks are largely too busy to help you learn. Work hours are scrutinized to the minute. Feels like you're working for someone with their foot on your neck, ready to stomp.
