Forward thinking company with very flexible work arrangements. Because they are fast-growing, there are many opportunities if you look for your own development. Great work environment from a people-perspective. Everyone is extremely interested in improvement and my best coworkers have been at this company.

Cons

Because it is a smaller company, if you are in a very specialized function, it might seem like there is no where to progress to.
