Pros

Autonomy -however, every Field CM position offers it so it was not a big "perk".

Cons

Poor training, micromanagement, unreasonable timelines, micromanagement, easy to discern who was in their original "clique", micromanagement, fake "pep" talks, micromanagement, reduction of hours (pay wise) but still worked well over 70 hours weekly due to the -----micromanagement.

Pros

The building is nice and the parking is secure. There are some nice people who are supportive.

Cons

Management doesnt want the employees to talk to each other and try to create division with pay, promotions, and opportunities. So much favoritism is it criminal and they have no problem showing it. They use favoritism to determine who receives training and who they give opportunities to progress, it is not an equal opportunity for everyone. If they don't like you, it will be obvious. Human Resources is pointless and senior staff have been given titles just because they have been there too long. It is the culture to not speak, not even to say bless you when someone sneezes (just saying), look the other when walking towards someone, and completely ignore each other. It can be a very uncomfortable and sad place because everyone looks so miserable and are overworked.

Typical corporate BS.

Pros

None really. Well, the initial training is okay.

Cons

Typical corporate BS. Two faced management. Everything must be perfect but the management staff is far less than perfect. Insurance is very expensive. Pay structure is unfair. The Best Employers survey's are contrived. The hiring staff can really sell the company as though it's a great place to work but it's nothing better than an average corporate job at best. Once on-board you are expected to be a billing machine.

Paradigm Response

We’re sorry this was your experience with us. While we are growing into a larger organization maintaining and growing our culture is a priority for us. One of our strategic initiatives continues to be being a best place to work. We do believe our hiring and training staff do an amazing job, and that they speak so highly of our workplace to recruits because they truly believe in and have experienced our culture first hand. While we are confident in the culture our employees have worked so hard to build, We understand that everyone has their own ideas of a great workplace and we are sorry that you didn’t find that with us.
