      Pros

      Experienced staff. Great emphasis on work/family life balance. Most employees are able to work from home. Excellent case management software program. Very competitive compensation. Many, many more ++++

      Cons

      Health insurance plan on the expensive side but other benefits are very comprehensive and excellent. Virtual work-from-home environment can be isolating at times.

      Pros

      ALARIS truly is an amazing company. We work in a competitive and ever-changing industry that never stops, that's what keeps it interesting! ALARIS leads the way in technology and service. We're all able to work from home as independent producers yet we're still able to get together for the team gatherings too....its the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      As I mentioned above, the insurance industry is always evolving. Change is a regular occurrence and you either enable yourself to adapt or you're most likely going to fall behind. Change can be difficult for some, this profession requires an open and ready mind.
