Pros
ALARIS is an awesome workplace. They have a "work hard, play hard" philosophy. Employees are treated with respect and as valued members of the company. The company is has a small company feel but with over 300 employees, it is not a small company. They are very intentional in creating a great culture. Some companies talk a big game about their culture, but ALARIS lives it!
Cons
Not every day is going to seem like a walk-in-the-park at a job. I can honestly say that the bad days are very minimal and the good days happen frequently. Some people will walk around with a cloud over their head and focus on the negatives. I find it hard to find the negatives at ALARIS.
