Paradigm has grown a lot in the time since I began there, but it retains the vibe of a small company. You'll have to opportunity to work with great people.

Cons

Compensation was, in my opinion, somewhat lacking.

Flexible place to work. I’m able to work around a family schedule. Was able to be remote during pandemic. Fun work events. Great teams to work with.

Cons

Pay isn’t great. Appears to be below market averages. Takes 6 years to get full PTO benefit.
